Example: first 24-month cycle for one site with Implant Center

Certified Clinic — initial audit$2,400
Surveillance at month 12$900
Implant Center module — initial$750
Module surveillance$300
Total for 24 months$4,350

Adding Member · Organization for two years: USD 1,200 more. Travel is approved separately and not duplicated when several modules are evaluated in one visit.

Extraordinary re-audit

USD 450 per day plus expenses, only when need and scope justify it. Quoted in advance; it never buys approval.

Six specific modules

Each module is added to an active Certified Clinic and evaluated with five requirements. They are extensions of the site seal, not official specialty titles.

Clinical

  • Implant Center

Ten cases from the last 12 months chosen by the auditor, including complications, batches, planning and follow-up.

  • Orthodontic Center

Active and completed cases, diagnostic records, progress checks and retention plans — aligners included where offered.

  • Digital Dentistry Center

Ten jobs traced end to end, file versions and final clinical approval. Buying a scanner does not earn the module.

Care

  • Pediatric Dental Center

Cases across ages, guardianship records, preventive plans and referral routes. Sedation needs its own annex.

  • Cosmetic Dentistry Center

Diagnosis, plan, consent and follow-up in ten cases. Before-and-after photos are not evidence of quality.

  • International Patient Center

Ten international episodes: language, summary handover, follow-up contact and coordination after the patient returns home.
