Who we are
International Dental Alliance (IDA) runs this website, the public registry and the membership and certification programme.
What we collect
Application data (name, organization, contact details, country, licence and site information), payment confirmations from Stripe (never your card details), reports you send us, and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
Why
To evaluate applications, verify credentials with competent sources, issue and maintain public records, process payments, investigate reports and meet legal obligations.
What is public
Only the minimum needed to verify a credential: holder, site, city, country, type, scope, dates and status. Files, patient data, full insurance details, signatures, private addresses and unresolved complaints are never published. Detailed scores stay private.
Cookies and tracking
We use one cookie to remember your language and, for IDA staff, a session cookie. No advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Embedded badges do not track patients.
Retention
Decisions, versions and minimum audit evidence are kept for the validity period plus five years, subject to local review. Personal files not needed to prove a check are deleted earlier.

You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by writing to the contact address below.
